Tibetan Refugee Camps

This is a series of photos taken at the Kulu-Manali Refugee
Camps.  These photos were initially taken for the Tibetan
in-Exile's Department of Home Affairs to depict the conditions
at the camps.  The situation is much better at Dharmsala, a
settled community and the seat of the Tibetan Government in
Exile.  However there are many refugee camps scattered
throughout India where Tibetans live with minimal provisions.
